Our primary objective at Premium Pets Food is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. We have established the following return policy to facilitate exchanges or refunds for your convenience. Please review the details below:
- Timeframe for Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging along with a receipt.
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- All pet food and treats (excluding raw food) can be returned in their original packaging, provided there is more than three-quarters of the product remaining.
- Opened Goods:
- Opened goods may be returned with a receipt within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- If a Gift Card was used as partial payment, the refunded amount will be credited to a new Gift Card before other payment methods are applied.
- Exceptions: Our return policy does not apply to the following items:
- Clearance Items
- Special Orders
- Raw Food
- Litter Pans
- Beds
- Muzzles
- Sanitary Products (Pet Diapers)
- Cat Trees
- Crates
- Return Limits:
- Customers returning more than three (3) items, with or without receipts, within a 45-day period may trigger an automatic flag in our cash register system.
- The Store Manager or Owner-Operator must approve returns exceeding this limit but are not obligated to do so.
- Cash register messages related to return limits will persist for six months, disappearing if there are no further returns during that period.
